in order to unlock tracks you need email and password-how come the program tells me my info is incorrect.I need that info to start this discussion,so it doesn`t make sense.I can not use file that won`t unlock.

Hey DJ SIR JAMM,

Can you please remove these tracks from your library, try re-downloading them again and re-adding them? If this still doesn't work can you let me know the tracks that are locked?
