I'm not certain as to how the video side of things work with UStream? I do know however that you can pull audio from the mixer. You will have to get an adapter to run from an out of the mixer to go back into the computer. You then set up UStream to use that input as the audio source. You can then adjust audio levels via the comps internal sound card and from the output of the TTM57.
The video is going to be different because you usually end up taking the feed from what is seen on your monitor. You may have to run an external monitor that is actually sending the feed that you want UStream to see and use. I don't use UStream so I can't say what options they have as far as video source? You may also be limited by what you video card can do?
The audio is easy though. I would get an rca - 1/8" adaptor and use the REC. out from the mixer to go to the computer's mic/line in. Set up that sound cards audio properties to use with Ustream and set up Ustream to see that input. Hope this helps.
