If I keep getting e-mails from random music groups, are these the record labels from whitelabel sending me free songs? I remember clicking in setting to allow record labels to watch my whitelabel plays is that why?

No. Those emails won't be in any way related to whitelabel.net.

All music provided to you by our record label partners will be made available only via download on whitelabel.net.
