Problem with my new crates

i'm using SL1 and have problem as from 3 three weeks back.
I added new crates to my libery,but any time i shotdown my PC
and restarts again to play,the newly added crates will nolonger be
there. I want to know what i might have done wrog.
i'm using MACBOOK with software 10.6.8

Yes, as DJ Bouj suggested, you would be best to head on over to serato.com and create a Help Request so that the Rane and Serato Support Teams can help you with your problem.

And FYI, you can use your whitelabel.net email address and password on serato.com too.
