57 and the Flight Cases

does anyone know, for sure, that the 57 will fit into a standard 12" casing? i'm looking to pick up the odyssey FZBM12W case that holds 2 decks and a standard 12" mixer. will this fit in with ease?

yes. they leave extra room for fatty's. I have the FRMb bla bla bla I forget and I had to put an inch extra padding on each side for the mixer.

why not get a 10" case which the 57 is

for some reason i thought the 57 was a 12". so the 10" will fit perfectly?

yes i use a 10" road ready case and i have to use about three of those foam spacers to keep it snug. Fits perfectly.
