Which tracks are locked? My guess is that they were locked by mistake and are no longer locked.

I suggest you remove the locked files from your library, delete the files, then download them again and add them back in to your library.

two new tracks from the Games album I downloaded the album and these ones just wont unlock

there is very few features to serato that I dont like but I dont like the password lock songs if your logged into whitelabel that should be sufficent if you dont want a song to get spins, it shouldnt be a downloadable track

Those tracks were locked by mistake. This was a Whitelabel.net error and not an issue with Serato Scratch Live or ITCH software.

Remove the tracks from your library, delete the files, download them again and then add them back into your library.

I have the same issue and cannot find a solution that works. I've deleted the tracks and re-downloaded some of them. I could not download all of them because several of them are no longer available on WhiteLabel.net (for example, the Lady Gaga album Born This Way - Special Edition). I re-added the tracks I could and I still get the "Your email address is incorrect" message and the tracks remain locked. Is there any other way to unlock them?

If they are no longer available for download then, unfortunately, there's nothing I can do to help you.
