Just keep it simple...enable us to edit our most recent/previous post - job done!

Hi guys,

We do get a lot of requests for an edit button and it's something we've considered, but it's not something we want to implement at this stage. The logistics behind editing posts - even if only temporarily - are rather complicated in the background and not having the feature is a good incentive to force people to try and think a bit more about what they post.

We do take note of requests for any features, including this, so appreciate the feedback. Cheers.

It's been 3 years, and still nothing. If not edit, how about delete and re-open the contents as a new post?

or even a temp edit, so you only have 5 mins after a post to edit it and that its locked forever,
but i think its become one of the forums characteristics
