Hi, is it possible to route the reverb effect to the microphone output of the TTM 57?

all of the 57s hardware effects can be used on the mic input, just enable "AUX" (Button B3) and "on" (Button B6)
but IIRC there is no reverb built into the 57

There is no reverb but you can mess with the parameters of the flanger and get some interesting results.
Don't forget, there is a reverb in the software DJ FX, although that can't be routed to the mic channel.

you could get an external effect unit, e.g. a used kaos pad 2 (they aren't too expensive anymore)
and connect that to your flex fx in- and outputs.
that would definitely do the job. plus some more cool things
