It would be much more intituve and econimcal to be be able to assign an 'Alternate In/Out' for each deck to the footswitch when setting loop In and Out.

It would be great if we could use the footswitch to be more in line with tradtional loop peddals i.e:

1. Press once to set the 'In'
2. Press the second time to set the 'Out'
3. Press a third time to release the loop (toggel on/off)

That way when customising a group, you would be able to control one button on the footswitch to just handel the left deck, another one to just handel the right deck and you have one extra button for whatever you want without having to altenate between the 'selected deck' or do a little dance with your feet when setting loops...

i dig that....
thats a great idea and it got me thinking ... it would be great to have other functions as a footswitch "alternating function", such as ABS/REL/INT mode switching.

or jumping/alternating through cue points....

I would like to see 'toggles' of lots of functions.

more intuative

specificaly with loops I would like to be able to:
press - 'on'
hold
depress - 'off'



I would realy like to P1/P2 press 'down' toggle between crate focus and song focus. while turning right or left automatically loads a song

You nailed it AdamJay.

What we really need is an 'Alternating function' with everything. (love the ABS/REL/INT and also skipping bewteen cue points)

This will allow us to fit so much into one custom group without having to jump between all the groups.

I find it really confusing to use the 'selected deck' many rooms for mistakes, while it is much simpler to just assign a control to for just one deck and alternate between the functions.
