What makes Whitelabel legal if we the DJ's are still not paying for the songs we freely download. Whose paying for the songs for us to legally own? I'm not hating on the site trust me; I love this site. lol. I'm just curious. I just don't want to end up in jail or paying a fine like these other people that have to for downloading free music. So can somebody let me know please.

We have signed contracts from all labels who put tracks up on Whitelabel.net.

There are certain terms and conditions that you agreed to when you joined Whitelabel.net (outlined here whitelabel.net ).

Everything is 100% legit. Don't worry about the business side of things - that's our concern :-) Just appreciate the labels for getting the tracks out to DJs such as yourself.
