impossible...... for some of those features to work b/c the cd players does not make any audio... all they are doing is acting as controllers.... it takes the time code signal on the cd and sends it to the computer to controll SSL.... it needs a clean signal to do that... if you add the effects into it.. the signal is no longer a "clean signal b/c it has been distorted by the effect

Yea, the buttons would have to control what the sofware does like MIDI.
