problems previewing track

I am new to this site and have been attempting to preview tracks before i download and it will not let me. I have no problems actually downloading tracks. Any help on why this would be happening would be a big help as I have attempted to troubleshoot this on my own with no success. thanks

The preview player opens in a pop-up window. Internet Explorer will block pop-ups by default to you'll have to allow pop-ups from the whitelabel.net domain.

Additionally, some 3rd party tool bars and security software add pop-up blocking functionality. If you have such things installed you may need to add exceptions to those as well.

i have the site added to my safe sites and the pop-up blocker off, i have no additional tool bars on my explorer...any other ideas why this would be happening
