Forgive me if this has been brought up before, but I think there should be another two scratch live vinyls, one for people who use absolute mode and another for people who use relative mode.

Is it safe to say we all focus on one or the other?

It seems clear to me that if you rely on the vinyl scroll fuction, you will only ever use the A side, and if you use key short-cuts and/or relative mode, you probably take advantage of the extra signal time on the flip, and only ever use the B side. If I'm right... most scrach live users are only getting half of the potential life out of their records.
