I imagine you can get those at any Best Buy, Circuit City or similar places.

smart media used to be really popular for digital cameras, not so any more as the largest size was 128MB

if those are the 5v ones, it's my understanding that they're really rare and you need to scoop them from ebay.

My first digital camera used a 5v media card but it was only 2MB I used a 3.3V card in it no problem so I don't think it matters as much as the manufacturers would have you believe.
