i am so disappointed with the serato itch program, i tried to be patient but when it comes down to it the software is too far behind for being out for a year or so.... ive been dj n for over 30 yrs ive worked with all dj programs out there and i have to say that i am truley fed up with promise after promise that the program will be up to par, ive used lesser programs and the work a lot better and are more accurate than serato itch. i use a mac and spend alot of time crating crates and organizing my files only to have itch freeze up and have to force quit and not have it save my new crates and am forced to go to work and be embarressed cause my system froze and had to reboot numerous times in all my years of dj n this has become such an pain in the butt, i consider myself a professional and would love a product that suits my professional needs without issue, no more excuse serato, either put out a product worthy of what we spent or dont put it out at all until it works properly it might be good for bedroom djs but not for people who earn a living playing 6 nites a week!!!!! if anyone else agrees then post it.....DONT PUT A PRODUCT OUT THAT WORKS HALF A## GIVE US WHAT WE PAID FOR PLEASE AND STOP MAKIN EXCUSES
