CANT EMULATE 1.7 FROM 1.5? COME ON!!!!

i dont understand how there is so much problems w the 1.7 and updates,and 1.5 is still error free(at least for me)...cant u just start from there and get a finished 1.7 product?

I think it has something to do with the Beatgrids.

Let's see, v1.7 unified the codebase with 4 deck mixing (with the Xone:DX), as well as introduced beat-grids AND warping. NOT ONE of the these were in v1.5.

No one is making you upgrade from v1.5 - however, if you want these features, you NEED to upgrade.

^^^ Version 1.7.x has issues with efficiency and gives many users unacceptable randomly interrrupted and glitchy performances during their LIVE gigs.

... and the Serato team NEEDS to make the software dropout free.

ns7 user havin this issues, i went thru the Vestax help thread and i notice no one really complain about drops!

Primarily with version 1.7.x.

and primarily with Mac OS X 10.6.4 as well...
