I'm looking for a handful of working DJs to receive free music (from major record labels). (all genres)

i got a radio mixshow 5 days a week out here in the island of maui, hawaii. i get to play stuff ranging from jurassic 5 to paul van dyk....how's that?

i also do occasional club gigs and a lot of mobile work.

I'm in Toronto, Ontario. I usually do outdoor gigs in the summer and Frat/house/campus/dinner&dance parties durring the year.... as well as events for the CSSU here at U of T. Its not every week I do a gig but each event is like 800 people crammend in a hot a sweaty place... I'm actually holding a seminar this Thursday if anyone is interested check my other post... so I do a lot of seminars durring the year too not all on DJing.

If you can get music videos from labels that would be great too. I would like to start VJing as well.

Dunno about you but I own every vinyl ever produced - yet I have still heard nothing from all the major labels when I wrote them that letter requesting burnt copies of their entire back catalougues.....

Haha, thanks DJ HELLO, to pointing that out. But this passage sounds a bit fishy.. "if you say you own it all, I will send you all of it". Come on, anyone could say he owns all tracks. Thats like putting songs online and stating "you can only download if you own them", its still illegal, no disclaimer will save you. :-) I think there was a thread with a link to the 10 most used copyright "myths", cant find it. The radio station I DJ at has a similar deal going on. I think all radio stations have a similar deal.

Guys if you want promos just call directly to the record label you like provide all the info about you and they'll add you to the list, once somebody comes out from that list you may be next. I don't know about this guy. I get promos all the time from a few record labels and it was easy and really fast to get some good Vinyls.
