You need to take breaks, if you use a PC alot you have to realise taht you are using the same muscles/fingers to do a ot of the work.

So deffo take care.

Also make sure your hands are really warm before you start cutting.... even just run them under the warm water/hot tap, make sure you warm your wrists up as well. this will alleviate some of the pain but you need to rest.

damn..that's almost as bad as my friend who injured himself playing "solitaire"...and by solitaire I mean j*cking off.

thats a great idea....I HATE dj when my hands/me is cold. But running them under hot water then qucikly drying them off would work!!

once i fell off of a milkcrate when i was djing a house party, I was 16, I was wasted at a girlfriends older sisters college party. Yeah I was so wasted I lost balance and just fell over, I think i might have actually passed out as i fell or something. no injury, but i did knock over a bunch of records and shit. then vomit. then hang out window of truck. more vomit.
