turned on the 57 today and this is what i get
loud humming,tt's are properly grounded,does it with and without needles and regular vinyl also sounds like garbage
this is perfect since its a long weekend and i have gigs

Strange that both sides are doing it too. I'm wondering if you're not getting a ground loop issue. Maybe your balanced outputs are grounding to a different ground level than your 3 prong outlet.
I would try it with a ground removed power strip (2 prong) and see if it corrects.

looks like you sl box is not set to phono input but if thats not it im stumped. This happened to me one time and thats what it was

Can you plug in a home CD player with a Serato Control CD to the input and verify it's definitely not your turntables? My friend's put multiple sets of cords on his 1200's over the years.

ok,so cd players work okay,internally grounded turntables and they work,used my turntables on a different mixer and they work
problem isolated to a ground loop on the 57,how do i get my mixer back to Rane?

seems like it's a dirty tonearm connection. Do you lick your needles alot to get a good connection? Take a light and look inside the connection to the arm. If it's fairly dirty I'd start there. I've seen these scopes and most of the times they just need a good cleaning.
