Q1: I have trouble linking my ttm57 to other mixers, I end up with a distorted output. Am I doing something wrong?
Q2: When not playing a song and the needle is on the record I often get a funny "crackling" sound, is this normal?

Q1, what mixer are you connecting to? What inputs/outputs are you using on both mixers? What kind of cables are you using?

Q2. Go into the setup screen and turn your threshold up a little (move to the right).
