Well I lie slightly, I've used Serato many times when working with a fellow DJ. Always in basically the same capacity. My impression of it always has been good, except for what I felt was poor CD control and of course the previous lack of key lock.

But Serato has been constantly improved and worked on and has tightened up CD control and added keylock!

So I finally bought it for myself. I've only had an hour or so with it and so far I cannot believe how great it performs.

I've installed the latest software on a Mac Book Pro 2 Ghz Intel Core Duo w/ 2 gigs of ram.

With my Denon players and mixer, the default settings in the software were basically perfect. I haven't adjusted them to any of noticable difference so they remain as they were.

What a great product! I can't believe how far this has come since I first used it!
