Brand new Rane TTM 57SL used maybe 3 times and the Meter Lights stopped working. They worked initially and now don't turn on. Everything else seems to be fine. Any suggestion on what the problems is and how to get it fixed?

take the face plate off..... there is a ribbon cable that connects to the lights make sure it hasn't came loose.

Nothing loose inside. The lights started working again, then when I hooked it up yesterday at a gig, none of the the meters worked. whats going on?

I opened it up and everything is where it's supposed to be. What are my options to get this mixer fixed? Are there any repair shops in Philadelphia?
