I had this since the first week it came out so it lasted a long time but it finally broke the other night in the middle of my set. The solder came loose on the usb connection which caused a short or something which made my laptop crash completely every time I plugged in the box.

Be careful with putting pressure on the USB plug if you want it to last forever. I opened up my box and it's a very small solder joint which I'm surpised lasted as long as it did.
