Ideally, you'd want a mixer with send/return inputs, that wsy you only need one tweakalizer. If your mixer doesn't have a send/returns, then you have to hook it up after the SL1 and before the mixer. However this only let you put effect on one channel, so you'd need two tweakalizers if you want effects for both channels. Or you could do with just one and hook the master out of the mixer into the tweakalizer, the the tweakalizer out to your speakers/amp.
