i spoke with the serato team at music messa in frankfurt and they said that the blank space beside the virtual table within the progam might be where they put a sampler that could be midi controlled... just a heads up for 1.8

Just use cue points and a midi controller, and you'll have a SSL that is better then a MPC is live.

yah but loading it as an actual track/record sucks. I'd also like to see a basic sampler where it doesnt take up a deck. Anyone use this feature in Torq?

This would be a good idea, the only issue I see is you would have to assign it to a channel to come out of. Or have separate samples loaded up on different channels.

yo,flosstradamus made an fx unit for use with serato,it BANGS.. seriously good tool.
plus i spoke to them a few weeks back and they are rebuilding it so u can add ur own sound effects.
its called flossy FX if ur gonna look for it.
