I tell you what I have come to realize to myself. Manufacturers or at least one as reputable as RANE isn't going to release something that isn't going to work, that hasn't been bench tested, and top of the line. Since day one and I joined SSL right into the release of TTM57SL I have never had a problem with any software since 1.6.0 -- I think one of the biggest keys is if your a DJ of quality and you go this route of MP3 one thing that I recommend is don't go cheap. Just do it right from the beginning. And I say that laughing because I went from using a $1350 custom dell laptop to eventually giving that to my wife and using her's because of screen size. The laptop I use now is a base laptop and the total cost is about $625 with what I've done to it.. yet SSL still works great. You'lle fine, enjoy the gig and the love affair with the 57.

make sure your lock the deck option is checked in the setup when playing, If you drink, or have Girls in the booth while your playing you will accident drop on the wrong deck and get BOO...ed
