left channel drops out

DTAPER 3:23 AM 7 August 2010
hi everyone. in the past week i have had my left channel on the ttm57sl stop playing when using scratch live 2.0. i will then have to turn the mixer off and it will start working again.
when the problem occurs, i inserted a music cd and it works out of the channel, and when i switch the channel seletor to the right channel it also palys out of the left side. not sure if any of this makes sense to anyone, but if someone can help me out it would be greatly appreiated, as im playing a gig tomoro. thx

problem with my left channel too. Mine doest stop playing but distorts into a digital fuzz over the tune being played.

I tried switching (cleaning) needles, carts, switching between modes and every think you can think off.

Happened to me last night in front of 500 people. great!

Just going home now to test it.

i had my mixer over 2 yrs now i guess and i dont have these probleme.mine woks fine.

i called rane and apple today and did some tests - essentially i removed the driver for the mixer and reinstalled serato and it kicked in - maybe a corrupt driver - however both apple and rane were saying its possible that my usb controller was loose on my board

I've had this problem on and off as well...really with just 2.1 I believe. Gonna test out 2.1 over the next few days. Ravikc, I had never thought about the driver....definetly gonna have a look into that.
