add "LET ME SEE THOSE HANDS LET ME SEE THOSE HANDS"
10 variations of LADY by MOjo and Journey.
What would mashups like be without Nelly Furtado and Timberlakes 120ish BPM songs?

everyone does seem to have their own mashup of every song out right now,,,,,, but i guess thats what happens when things get stale or overdone. its pretty easy to grab a popular vocal or beat then add a few dj kool or fatman scoops drops over it. hey most of the time it qorks but does get old quick! not dissin anyone in particular cuz some of those dudes get pretty creative with some eclectic shyyt.. its actually happening with all styles of music being "overdone" or sampled to death not just mashups.. look how many times "planet rock" has been sampled in hip hop or any other electric funk track these days i guess the 70's & 80's jazz rock etc has been raped to death so what do ya do when you lose a bit of creativity..

yeah i gotta agree. its getting very repetative. i purchased alot of stuff out of the vault and I really think I made a mistake, but then again I never know when I'm going to need to throw it in a mix. I think I currently use about 10 to 20% of what I bought from them.

there are some things you can't do at a filipino wedding...
You can't throw rice.
You can't yell "Hey Uncle Boy!!"
You can't say that you don't have "Electric Slide".

Hate to admit it BUT I AGREE, I've seen AM spin at clubs here in the Bay, same with Sizzahands, etc.
85% of the crowd is WHITE!!!!!!
Not knocking AM or any other DJ who does mashups because some of it is creative and some of it is REPETITIVE.....

Please explain.
Every filipino family has at least one Uncle who's nickname is "Boy" so going to a filipino wedding and yelling "Hey Uncle Boy!!" will probably make at least 5 or more men turn around and acknowledge you. (assuming there are multiple families at the wedding. sometimes a family will have more than one "Uncle Boy")
Other common filipino unlce names:
Uncle Manny (nickname for Manuel)
Uncle Rolly (nickname for Roland, Orlando, Rolando, Ronaldo)
Also common among flipino families:
Aunt Baby
Aunt Tess

80's pop in general minus 80's classic hip hop n funk.
ex:
cindy lauper, tony basil, culture club, b 52's
there were so many 80's nights where i live that im completely turned off to the concept. its a joke and its asanine.
i useed to add classic 80's tunes to my sets with live mashups and fun interjections about 5-6 years ago, until i started hearing everywhere i turned. now i refuse because i simply cant stand it.
and commercialized retail pop-rap. cant wait till that blows over.
its like hiphop music without a brain.
