Scratch LIVE does not currently support mp3PRO. We have no plans to implement mp3PRO support unless we can see a demand for it.

I wouldn't worry about it. mp3pro is really only effective at low bitrates. even then it sounds pretty crap. i have a few 96kbps mp3pro mp3s where theoretically they should sound like 192 kbps. They don't. Ogg is the way to go if you're looking at saving space.
