ok im thinking of buying a used 56 so what things should i look for before buying. supposedly it works perfect except for the transofm toggle plastic peace broke is that fixable if so how much and were at. any help would be appriciated just want to make sure i dont buy someone elses problems

i bought a used one off craigslist for 400, but the thing was in MINT condition.

Id say channel fader/cross fader and eq's should be the most important thing to test and check. I dont think replacing that toggle switch would be a problem, im sure any audio repair place could do it no prob.

how much is it?

think the transform switches are user replaceable...
