No Sound / Virtual Deck Wont Spin

Any ideas why one of the virtual decks isnt spinning when I drop the needle?
Its on a 57 (just got it today)

Its on line
Its on absolute mode
Its on input 1 (I tried all of em)

I'm stumped.
Ideas?
