Hmm, works for me and there have been no changes to it in recent times.

not that i'm aware off...some W7 (x64) patches from MS maybe but i'm not sure...
the player displays but it does not start playing, hitting the play knob does not work either..
now i'm on another W7 (x32) machine and here it does work...
so i'll test again on my the problematic machine in a couple of hours...

well... never mind, it works on my other machine also now... have no clue what could have been the problem

I am having the same problem my player does not even come up now! I run vista 64 I reloaed flash player still nothing? could windows updates cause the problem?

Hi max-z.
I doubt your issue is related to Windows update.
If you're using Internet Explorer you'll have to allow pop-ups for the whitelabel.net domain. When IE blocks a pop-up it'll display a yellow border across the top of the web page and clicking this will give you the option of allowing pop-ups.
If you're not using Internet Explorer then it's possible that you may have a 3rd party pop-up blocker. These are often installed as part of 3rd party toolbars like the Google toolbar or Yahoo toolbar.
You may also have some anti-virus/security software that prevents web browser pop-ups. So that's another possibility to explore.

Thanks for getting back to me . I will look at my settings and see if anything got turned on .
