after reading about so many people having problems with crates and such not showing back up :(

I just spent 3 days (I work during the day) importing, renaming, overviewing about 15,000 songs.

As long as you are not using a beta version you should have no issues.

You should be OK. I've lost overviews but I haven't lost a single crate. I use iTunes and smart playlists for the most part but I do have a few SSL crates.

Back up (copy to another location) the crates files from the hidden .ScratchLIVE folder and you have nothing to worry about, even if something does go wrong.

do what konix said: also do not use a beta live ( i learned the hard way ) im using 1.6.2 and it's flawless with my external and internal hard drive's.
