I especially liked hearing about this option when I first read others discussing it. Maybe with more banter the folks @ Serato will see how truly usefull it would be for all of us.
Basically we could prepare sets faster if given the option to set Cues, loops etc. when not having the interface connected. Maybe even with a small USB wheel that communicates in absolute mode for accurate placement.
I know I could do more track management if I could just find the time. When I do have time I don't have my coffin nearby. Most common of course is on a plane on your way to a gig.
If there is any fear of this affecting the actual performance when the interface IS connected, then please create a seperate program which could be used independantly but still write this cue/loop tag information in the same manner that ScratchLive reads/finds it when plugged in. Heck, if it was another program you guys could even sell it for a small fee! I'm sure frequent travellers would be happy to buy it for a small fee similar to what is currently charged for tagging, BMP analyzing programs.

Please, this would be very useful. I'm tired of have=ing to connect the interface in order to make any changes to my files.
