Mixtape drops?

so ive put together a couple of mixes, but all i need is to put some drops in it. you know like "Your in the mix with Concept" does anyone know of some software that you type in what you want to say and it will come out as a computerized voice? an example of this would be similar to the Outkast intro on Stankonia where it says "O U T K A S T" in a doorbell type voice sound. I know that macs have some type of program like this, but im using a pc and would like some help with those automated voice drops.

actually I was wanting some type of program that you just type in what you want to say. This one seems like it will computerize your recorded voice.

If you want a text-to-speech vocoder, download the demo version of Fruity Loops, it has one.

Or do what I do. Grab a mic and record yourself using adobe audition. It has effects on it that sound cool as hell. I make them for my friends on the internet radio station and shit. I usally just drop lines like my name " DJ V" or " You are tuned in to transmissionfm.com". If your looking to get drops from artists get with labels and ask them or email the artists to see if they can help ya out. Best way to do this also is to get with a record pool.

Use any Mac with Garageband and convert your recording into whatever voice you want.
