Ok. I'm ready to get back in the game (playing out). I took a few years off but serato has brought the love back. I have some connections but I want to move away from where I am. I never had to make a demo tape before because I always had a crew and we could showcase our skills and people knew us. Those guys are either dead, in jail, or I seperated myself from them(trouble makers). Well it's time to make a demo tape. I need to know what club owners/promoters are looking for in a demo. 60 minutes? 30 minutes? Will rocking doubles make them shy away? Not too worried about scratching, I'm not sloppy. Should I put a 30 minute hip hop and a 30 minute techno/hard house all on 1 cd. Just don't know what will scare them away or attract them. Thanks
