do not do it... You have already LOST the audio data. Go back to the originals, or find a better copy. Your current plan will only make them sound worse.

Kagen is 100% correct. Re-encoding a 128 kb/s file to 192 will offer no better sound quality whatsoever, only a bigger file and more degraded sound quality.

That would be the same as thinking you can record a dvd to VHS tape and then when you want the higher quality video, just record back to DVD. The quality is already gone the moment it wound up on VHS,.. as it is the moment it was encoded to 128 kb/s.
