Ns7 to vci 300 compatibility

Hi,

My friend has an Ns7 and I have the vci 300.

Is he able to plug his laptop which is setup to using the ns7 and itch into my vci 300 and vice verca?

Were hoping to gig soon but he doesnt wanna bring his ns7's and the vci 300 is the perfect mobility....

Will we run into any compatibility issues?? Or will we have to put all of the music he has onto an external hard drive and just use my laptop. To me thats gunna be a pain in the ass!

I have the NS7 and a VCI-300 and can switch back and forth without any problems. If you use your laptop, he will have to use your music unless he brings his own external hard drive with his music on it.

if using his computer..... it should work, have the ITCH installer file on his computer just in case...

for your laptop with both.... to be safe, make sure the ITCH installer file is still on your computer, and you get the latest NS7 driver....

yeah just to be safe i would get together and install itch with his ns7 connected on your comp and the itch with the vci-300 connected on his comp... that way no matter what controller you use it will work fine
