Hard disk restore & cues loss

Hi there, yesterday i restored my whole music collection (files copy) on my external drive I used to play with. And I lost all my cue points :-( Is there anyway I can get them back ???

if you deleted the mp3's.... no... if they are the original mp3s that were already in use, then yes

thanks for your repsonse, unhopefully i did delete the mp3s before copying them back on disc for the restore...
