is there a turn on sequence for serato and the TTM57 ?

do i have a bug or is there a proper turn on sequence ?
if i have serato on the laptop and have the cdjs switched on, i then turn on the rane it doesnt pick up the cdj's and no sound comes through the channels.
however if i have the rane on first and THEN switch power up the CDJ's its fine..... !
any ideas ???

there is no sequence to power on your gear. if you turn everything on and you still get the offline player, just disconnect the hardware from the usb and reconnected. that should do the trick, it's not rocket science.

cool, thats what id been doing to get the cd players to work. must not be a bug then
