Anyone's USB lug jacked?

I have a v1 TTM-57 and the USB plug is extremely loose and sensitive...Keeps losing connection. It's in a Road Ready case (and has been since day 1). I unplug the USB cable every show so there's no extra strain... Anyone else having this experience?

Can I just buy a replacement port and solder it or do i need to send in?
