There been some cases when Support have called people for one reason or another.

And there have been plenty of times when we've sent people stuff to their physical addresses (swag for helping on the forums, competition prizes etc).

Makes it easy for us if people keep this information in their user profile.

All makes sense, I figured it was mostly for support and such.
