Is DJ AM still in iron man 2, do you think crowds are gonna recognise him? Think therell be any kinda reaction?

No - there be no reaction - if he is in the film. Most people don't know who he is. When he died, I didn't hear not one person in real life(outside the forum & on the news) - mention his death.

But I am looking forward to the movie...the trailer looks crazy.

ive managed to avoid the trailer, iron man 1 was a HUGE letdown for me cause i constantly watched the trailers and by the time the movie came out i had seen all the good stuff 100 times, i havent even seen a frame of this movie yet

I just saw the movie. DJ AM had a great spot in the movie. Serato got some love with the white vinyl. I can hear his style of cuts in the movie. Stark even called him "Goldstien."
