I think it would be really helpful if there was a message that was displayed when people post a new topic. So, for example, just above the message box would be the following reminder (in RED) that says:

To better help us serve your request, when submitting a help request or error report, please be sure to include the following:

- Hardware platform (Mac, PC)
- Operating system (MacOS, WindowsXP, Windows 2000, etc)
- Serato version including build # (located on the bottom right of setup screen)

I think this would cut down on some of the backchatter of everyone asking what OS, platform, etc, and help get questions answered more effiently.
