But I would really like the smart crates in 2.0 to be able to be programable to different bitrates, as when i 1st started encoding my vinyl i was unaware of the benefits of 320 over say 128, so I still have lots of my vinyl that i need to re-rip, & being able to make a smart crate for those tracks would be totally awesome.

I'm sure it is possible, what i did to my library is just sorted by bitrate and selected the lowest ones and dragged them to a new crate. From that point I simply went through my low bitrates deleting them as I replaced them with higher ones.
