Now I know it's not rocket science, but I'd love there to be an easier way to set up SL3 when arriving at a venue. I'm playing a gig next week and won't be first on. I can't get there early either. Setting up the line plug in, calibration and main plugs will take some time between 3-7mins I guess. If the cables are plugged in the wrong way around your records can play backwards, etc.
I know the Sixty-Eight goes some way to solving this I s'pose, as do venues with SL3 already fixed in. My overall fear is leaving the crowd in total silence for five minutes whilst pissing off the previous DJ by plugging all manner of things in around his scheduled time. Plus I have to calibrate too. Argh.
I don't know what the solution is. But some simplification would be great if it were possible.
