Hi,
I wouldn't consider this a problem but more a question. Let me try to explain, I have a lot of different tracks that all have different gains. When you load a track you can get an idea of the volume of that track just by seeing the amount of headroom the waveform has. However when a track has a low gain (lots of headroom) to begin with it makes seeing the definition of each beat difficult. It would be really awesome if there was a way to adjust the gain and have that reflected on the waveform. So if you turned the gain up in SSL then the waveform would update with more or less headroom. Or if there was a way to adjust the gain before bringing it into SSL so that the wave form was easier to see.

Does this make sense?

There is no way to do this at the moment. I will move this thread to the Feature Suggestions area of the forum for Serato to consider. Sounds like a good idea.
