does anyone know how to make all my mp3's 320kbps?

Play them with Rane or ITCH hardware connected.

i would like to upgrade them from 192 to 329kpbs

Hey djking,

You cant "upgrade" mp3s unfortunately. You can only compress them further from 192kbps. Changing them to 320kbps won't make any difference in sound quality.
