I have been following your progress and can certainly see the difference. Congratulations on all of your hard work in getting things changed. I have a few questions:

Do you have a way of letting the customers know when a video has been re-encoded...a checkbox or symbol...anything like that?

Also, and this is a very very small thought...Any chance of moving your text (xtendamix) under the rest of the text on the left side of the screen. It looks cluttered on the bottom of the screen with text all along the bottom.

IMHO it would still look better than it being on the right......
that being said I have noticed a huge improvements since the pool first started so BIG UPS on that.......
once you get a couple more issues worked out this is gonna be the top pool out there

If your reencoding older stuff, you guys are doing your job man, listening and learning and trying to improve to be a GREAT pool to be in not just another source for things I cant find somewhere better(which you still do a good job on IMHO)

yeah.. u guys rock. cant wait to see u guys continue with much success!

hopefully in time u will be able ti supply us with different mixes as well, that would be super cool. also ur site is easy to navigate, love how u can search and request.

Smash is the best pool out ....quality control great editors and overall they make a superior product....Im just happy xtenda is tryin to compete and not go the 8thwonder route lol

just checked out that original break 4 love video (props btw)..... chyron looks much neater now and even appears to be a smaller font size than in the past, good job..... hope u guys using some high-powered machines cause u gotta a whole lotta work ahead.

yeah it kills me. i like to have my shit listed a certain way

sometimes its good to know which album versions i have from where..
whethers its a promo only or smash or xtendamix or whatever..

check to see in your metadata folder on the "_ScratchLive" folder has the same file info in it. If so then delete it and re-analyize it and see if that corrects it. It could be conflicting with that info. I had to delete all my Metadata files in order to edit tags in SSL.

you gotta edit the tags before adding them to SSL, using Tag&Rename or MP3Tag...

I think its a 1.9.2 bug

Mark,

What about adding a Date Released label to your videos. With the remastering of all of your videos the Date Added field seems to be not as much use as before.

I think the re-encoded files should just be listed as new with a note about "Chyron Fix" or something.

This is much more than a Chyron fix. They have used new encoding techniques as well as several other upgrades to deliver a better product.
