Like there is for the sampler. That way, those of us using a midi controller with scratch can just plug into a mixer and not have to use it's faders.

The defeats the purpose of SSL as a vinyl emulation program, The whole point of ITCH is plug and play MIDI.

Ya, but for those of us going Midi but have Scratch instead of an Itch controller may want it. Plus, I'm sure I'm not the only guy who wants the control of vinyl without all the annoying features. I want full control over my mix without distractions like automix and flashing bpms. It distracts me more than anything else. Scratch is the best layout and gives the most control so why not use it and map it to the midi controller of my choice. I've already spent the 600 bucks. Plus I don't like any of the itch controllers in my price range, or Itch for that matter. I use an apc40 and the layout is beautiful. I use 4 pitch faders (2 on +-16 and 2 on +-1) and I can get that really detailed mixing that you get from vinyl. Which in the end is all I'm really looking for.

then what are you going to do for EQ's?

and cross fader?

where are you going to plug in your headphones?

How are you going to cue your tracks up if they're faded down on the software?

It's gonna make beatmatching pretty tough eh...

I think this suggestion needs a bit more thought as to whether or not it's ever going to be practical or useful for anything.

I use my rane empath and a mixer and the apc40 as a controller. Plus I map the both pitch and fine itch in int mode to faders. Not only is mixing easy, it's even cleaner because you have a +_ 1 percent over 6cm. It's actually amazing.

I meant pitch and fine pitch.

no doubt, but it's not far to go back to the mixer to fade volumes.

I use an MPD24 for loops, cues, effects and SP6, as well as vinyl control. I set the MPD up between the mixer and right deck, so I've got more functions than CDJs, the tactile feel of vinyl, and a big old square pad to mash when ever I wanna do something (instead of fiddly keyboard commands). All within arms reach.
